Maka-Tai-Meh has performed at the Heard Museum, the Southwest Museum of Native American Art, the Gene Autry Museum of Western Heritage, The San Diego Museum of Man, and literally hundreds of dubs, libraries, schools and colleges in the southwestern states. ABOUT THE PROGRAMS:
Maka-Tai-Meh’s Native American Presentations are from two major Cultural areas: The Northwest Coast Tribes and the Woodland Algonquin speaking tribes.
There is also a special program covering several tribes, nations and cultural areas. All program pre-sentations are one full hour. These special classes may be adapted by the presenter to meet the particular curricular needs of a school program in such areas as social studies, science, language arts, gifted programs, arts-crafts, multi-cultural studies, environmental studies, history and literature.
Maka-Tai-Meh typically acts as a solo presenter. A two- and three-person program, which includes members of his family and other tribes, is available that includes a Native American fashion show displaying the regalia and styles of several American and Canadian nations.
