Colonel Mitchell’s face paled as he looked
into the briefcase the President had just opened before him. “Colonel, I
believe that device you’re looking at is a key, not only to our national
security but also, to the survival of humanity as we know it. You have
carte blanche to assemble the best team you can to discover the alien
secrets contained in there. Time is critical. To avoid world-wide panic,
secrecy is of utmost importance. Do you understand?”
Dr. Wendy Ahearn, a world-renowned linguist,
and Dr. Corey Newton, a leading expert on quantum gravity, are joined in
a secret military base to work under the direction of Colonel Pete
Mitchell. Their mission: to decode an Alien artifact and find out what
the Aliens are planning. Besides the President and the dying general who
discovered it, the two members of Pete’s team are the only people on
this planet who know of the artifact’s existence, at least, that’s what
everyone believes. |

Rating: Excellent!
Comments: I don’t usually enjoy works
of fiction dealing with UFOs, but Alien Log is very much the exception.
Lots of solid info and an interesting story. I can’t wait for the next
volume. Robert Farrell has done his homework. |
